Car Dealers Employees Association –CDEA
CDEA is the Car Dealers Employees Association with a vision “to own and operate sustainable dealership where employees are partners in profits”.
CDEA does not have to give reasons and justify, assign, explain the formation which may run into several pages and accusations of just and unjust, reasonable and unreasonable, rational and irrational, ethical and unethical, moral and immoral behaviour, attitude, mind-sets of the family owned closely held business ownership of car dealers in India.
Employees of car dealers have relevant qualification and training, rich experience, ability and capacity to build an organisation of exemplary order setting standards of performance for the car dealership.
The vision can be shaped and accomplished into reality with the courage, strength, determination, entrepreneurship and leadership of the members of the Association.
The vision is to achieve the long term goal“to own and operate sustainable dealership where employees are partners in profits” in the short duration of three years.
The short duration of three years is for the employees of the car dealers to unite, organise, plan, strengthen and build the Association for taking up the cause and concerns of the members against the injustice and exploitation by the employers.
